As a professional trainer, I hope to encourage people of all different levels of fitness to find the benefits of doing exercise on a regular basis in a friendly and safe environment.
Over the 30 years that I have been teaching Fitness and now Yoga, I have seen how keeping healthy and moving is all important for not only physical wellbeing, mindfulness and your mental health as well.
