Making a Positive Impact

As a professional trainer, I hope to encourage people of all different levels of fitness to find the benefits of doing exercise on a regular basis in a friendly and safe environment.


Over the 30 years that I have been teaching Fitness and Yoga, I have seen how keeping healthy and moving is all important for not only physical wellbeing, mindfulness and your mental health as well.

Take time to do what makes your soul happy

Come along and get fit with my fun and exciting exercises to music that build your cardio, strength, body tone and balance. My fitness classes have been specifically designed for women who are experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. The standing and floor exercises are low impact but do raise the pulse rate which may increase metabolism and overall health. You will finish each class with stretching and relaxation.

Begin your day with an enlivening Hatha Yoga class suitable for beginners and beyond. You will be guided through different postures and variations to meet your individual needs.

Complete your day with a relaxing Hatha Yoga class to help you stretch and unwind. Focussing on breath work, sequences and a long relaxation to recharge you.

I joined Penny’s Fitness Group nearly two years ago and I am so glad that I did. The classes are varied, and progressive which has improved both my fitness, energy, and balance. These classes have been so enjoyable that I have looked forward to every one.
